Are You Afraid of Topfree?
I have a soft spot for breasts, as many of the entries in the Poetrics category of this site would testify. Unlike genitalia, which provides a purely sexual charge or stimuli, breasts bring up a veritable cocktail of stimuli - erotic, comforting, protecting, arousing, the desire to fondle and also suckle. Does a woman breast-feeding a baby feel sexually aroused by the process? Can she have an orgasm while feeding her baby?
Interestingly, the answer is yes to both!
For some rather interesting information on breasts check out A Short Pictorial History: Cultural Attitudes Towards Female Breasts. And then journey on to this interesting page titled Are You Afraid Of My Breasts. And if you have the curiosity to continue, visit the Topfree Equal Rights Association (TERA) site.
When you see a relative of yours breast feeding, do you get turned on and try not to stare? Do you get incestuous thoughts?
When you see a woman (a non-relative) breastfeeding, do you feel attracted or turned on?
So asks Suzanne MacNevin in Are You Afraid Of My Breasts.
I have inadvertantly entered into a room where a relative was breast-feeding her baby. And I was embarassed, and aroused, and quickly looked away. Even as she was speaking to put me at ease, and asked me to go ahead with what I’d entered the room for! And in India, public breast-feeding is commonplace, particularly among the poor, slum and pavement dwelling population in cities. And in these situations, I’ve experienced the full range of sensations, collectively, individually, the whole spectrum. Purely from an intellectual perspective, the consistent element that comes to mind among the sensations is - fascination! Breast-feeding is completely fascinating to me.
Or should I say, more simply, that breasts fascinate me? :o)
