		<description>2 years ago I read 'Cosmos' by Carl Sagan. I think it is a fantastic book. I have reached chapter three of Bryson's book and it seems nearly as informative. Although Bryson can use words like 'tens of thousands of light years' etc., Dr. Sagan had to be more specefic. Havng said this, I must admit that Cosmos is extremely simple to understand, since the desired response from the readers wasn't awe but understanding. I would compare 'Cosmos' with Nicholas Negroponte's 'Being Digital' in making a complex subject simple.
But Mr. Bryson has kept me saying "wow" to things I already knew, and since I don't mind the feeling, I'm reading on...</description>
