If like me, you too felt that the first 10-mins. of Casino Royale made for total paisa vasool, then you might be interested in knowing that this was an outstanding display of free running or Le Parkour; you may need to be an expert in either or both to make out the distinction!

The baddie who is chased by Bond is Sebastien Foucan, who is considered to be the founder of Parkour. For more information on free running, check out the following:

and I still think my original idea for a new survival/reality show of contestants surviving our Dharavi for maybe a week on a limited budget is a good idea. Preferably a select team from our first world lands…

oh blimey! as far as i’m concerned, try surviving anywhere in this city on a limited budget! on the occasional fluid-assisted nostalgia trips back into my memory-banks, i remember the times that i’ve set off into south-bombay with a princely sum of 10-rupees in my pocket (couldn’t afford a wallet, not that i needed one either!) the quick thought that follows is: nice to have happened many decades ago! :o)

and the ultra-secret code-based commenting mechanism was one of the first and most missed casualties of the blog-server upgrade! things got a bit hectic after and couldn’t get enough time (and technical support) to patch, but hope springs eternal and all….. hum honge kamyaab….. ek din! ;o)
