now we need to go chasing a tall, turbaned gentleman who is so powerful that a whole bunch of people, including the police, treat him as invisible.... in fact, he's so powerful that in comparison, it's more practical and convenient to frame manu sharma for a murder!

and this tall turbaned gentleman opted to shoot jessica because his manhood had been insulted... she had denied him not what she didn't have, viz. liquor, but what she had.... meaning what? rj argues 'isn't it absurd to consider that a woman sould be shot for not serving a drink? wouldn't the reason be something more compelling????? and thus the tamarind court becomes a den of iniquity, where all kinds of unspeakable activities took place, and in fact were taking place, jessica lall was in the thick (is there a pun there?) of the whole thing, and possibly found the tall, bearded gent not thick enough? at which slur, the tall bearded gent proceeded to shoot her in the head!!

you refuse to give me head? let me give it to you in the head! eh, mr jethmalani??

do you really believe what you're doing and saying mr jethmalani?

the Delhi HC seems to have responded to Ram Jethmalani's aggressive posturing with a sharp 1-2-3 routine of its own that had the luminary seeking an adjournment - a technical knock-out?

RJ's contempt plea against a leading publication was thrown out by the court - Justice Sodhi, who heads the bench hearing the case responded, "We adopt an open court hearing of every case and they are open to public debate, discussion and criticism. Insulating ourselves from constructive criticism would result in grave injustice."

Interestingly, RJ seems to be realizing that his armor is tarnished; he apparently lashed out at another publication that has apparently been questioning his right to appear for Manu Sharma. "The press is publicly declaring that I am immoral... even if I win this case, I lose, as the media has formed such an opinion that my client is the killer."

The bench, it has been reported, responded by pointing out that Jethmalani had himself contributed to the situation: "first you talk to them and then you blame them. This way, you are encouraging contempt. You are party to it."

Amazing and appropriate response - mature, no-nonsense and assertive.

And RJ, its not just the media that has formed opinions about you. Thousands of human beings, Indian and others, are watching you - and forming our own conclusions.
